Mine Training Australia (MTA) and its sister company, The Pivot Institute (pivot.edu.au), operate in two different sectors. MTA dominates mining safety, while Pivot focuses on business and leadership training. Despite their different audiences, they shared the same critical issue: Digital Invisibility.
Both websites were outdated, difficult to navigate, and virtually invisible on Google. Admin staff were drowning in manual data entry, transferring student details from emails into their PowerPro system by hand.

We didn't just patch the holes; we built a completely new digital infrastructure. We started with MTA, creating a high-performance WordPress site integrated directly with PowerPro. Once proven, we rolled out this successful framework to The Pivot Institute.

- Pivot's Rise: Applying the same "Local Domination" strategy, Pivot Institute skyrocketed for terms like "RTO Audit Course" and "Leadership Training Perth".
Today, both companies command the top search positions in their respective industries, driving a constant stream of organic, high-value leads without relying solely on paid ads.

Rankings get traffic, but user experience gets enrolments. We implemented:

- Instant Enrolment: A frictionless checkout flow that handles payment and USI verification instantly.
